Terms & Conditions

1. All listed tours have a carefully-calculated fixed price, depending on the size of party. This covers all details and services included within each tour’s itinerary. Prices are subject to change should the transporters/hoteliers amend their rates prior to commencement of the tour.

2. All listed tour prices include government tax; no discounts are available.

3. Next day bookings must be confirmed before 6pm, ICT.

4. It is our customer’s responsibility to ensure that they legally staying within Vietnam, having the necessary passport, National ID, or visa.

5. It is our customer’s responsibility to ensure they have sufficient travel insurance.

7. Cancellations regarding listed tours

Full-refunds – minus any payment processing fees – can be received for any listed tours cancelled 24 hours prior to start date. After that time, the full amount will be charged. No refunds or exchanges can be made regarding any services included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member. Cancellations must be made by email.

8. Amendments and cancellations regarding bespoke tours

i. A fee of $30 USD per person will be applied every time a confirmed booking of a bespoke itinerary requires amendments. Customers are responsible for any further costs incurred.

ii. Cancellations of bespoke tours are subject to the following charges:

  • 31 or more days before tour: no charge, however tour deposit is non-refundable.
  • 25-30 days before tour: 10% charge.
  • 15-25 days before tour: 40% charge.
  • 8-14 days before tour: 60% charge.
  • Within 7 days before tour: 100% charge.

It is our customer’s responsibility to ensure that information printed on bus, train, or flight tickets is as requested. Tours with scheduled flights may be subject to change by airlines in accordance with weather conditions or other matters beyond our control. Consequently, itineraries may need to be adjusted. One Vietnam Tours will do everything within our control to find alternative arrangements as a courtesy to all customers, but is not responsible for denied boarding nor any additional costs incurred.

Amendments and cancellations must be made by email.
